    • We will work with you to identify a suitable resolution—such as a replacement or store credit—at our sole discretion. Refunds, however, will not be issued.

  3. Incorrect or Missing Items

    • If you believe your order was shipped incorrectly or an item is missing, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify and address the matter. No refunds will be granted, but if an error occurred on our part, we will provide the correct product or issue store credit.

  4. Order Cancellations

    • Due to our immediate order processing, we cannot cancel any orders once they are placed. All sales are final, and no refunds will be processed for canceled or partially canceled orders.

  5. Shipping Issues

    • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Any related issues should be addressed with the carrier.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
